Changing your mind
You can cancel your switch to us within 14 days (the Cancellation Period) from the date you accepted it on the phone via an agent or applied online (where the first day of that 14 day period is the day after the date you accepted your agreement on the phone or completed signup online or via an agent).
To cancel within this time you can:

- Write to us at npower Select, Quayside Tower, 252 – 260 Broad Street, Birmingham, B1 2HF, United Kingdom
- Email us at email@example.com clearly stating you wish to cancel the contract
- Call us on 0800 975 1354 (generally free from most landlines and should be free from a mobile).
We operate an online call centre at to help answer any questions or solve any problems with your account. We will use our best endeavours to answer calls within a reasonable period of time and to respond to online help enquiries within 2 business days. If for some reason we don’t succeed in meeting these targets you can contact us again or lodge a complaint.
